Omnix Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Luthfi Studio processes information when you use the Omnix PDF Creator mobile app for Android and iOS.

If you have questions about this policy, contact Luthfi Studio at kazutokirigayakirito354@gmail.com.

Who we are

Omnix PDF Creator is a document utility app provided by Luthfi Studio. The app lets you create PDFs from text or images, scan documents with the camera, import existing PDFs, merge, split, compress, view, organize, open, share, and sync PDF files across supported devices.

For privacy questions, account requests, or legal notices, contact kazutokirigayakirito354@gmail.com.

Data we process

Based on the current app implementation, Omnix may process the following categories of information:

  • Account information such as your email address, display name, authentication provider, and account identifier when you sign in with email/password or Google.
  • PDF files, scanned images, imported files, thumbnails, and document content that you choose to create, scan, upload, download, merge, split, compress, open, or share through the app.
  • Document and workspace metadata such as file name, file size, page count, folder assignment, storage path, thumbnail path, status, timestamps, folder names, folder colors, and action history entries.
  • Device and app settings stored locally on your device, such as your theme preference and notification preference.
  • Messaging and notification identifiers, including Firebase Cloud Messaging registration tokens associated with your signed-in account.
  • Diagnostic and technical information processed through Firebase services, including crash reporting data. The codebase also includes the Firebase Analytics SDK. We do not identify custom analytics event logging in the current implementation, but Firebase may still process app-instance or related technical data if analytics collection is enabled by the platform configuration.

How we use data

We use the information above to:

  • create and manage your Omnix account;
  • authenticate sign-in with email/password or Google;
  • send password reset emails when you request them;
  • upload, store, organize, sync, and retrieve your PDFs and thumbnails;
  • display folders, recent documents, and activity history;
  • support PDF workflows such as create, scan, import, merge, split, compress, view, open, and share;
  • register devices for Firebase messaging and deliver optional local or remote notifications related to document workflows or account activity;
  • maintain app stability, investigate failures, and improve reliability.

Sharing and service providers

Omnix uses Google-operated Firebase services for authentication, cloud storage, hosted database records, cloud functions, messaging, and crash reporting. Google Sign-In is also used when you choose that authentication method.

We also share files or content when you explicitly use the app's share or open-in-external-app actions, because those actions pass your selected file to the destination app or system handler you choose.

We do not claim that your information is never shared. It is processed by the service providers and integrations required for the features described above.

Permissions and choices

The current app may request device access for the following purposes:

  • Camera access to capture images for scan-to-PDF workflows.
  • Photo library or media access to import images into PDF workflows.
  • Notification permission so Omnix can show optional notifications.
  • File access needed to import existing PDFs and to open or share generated files through apps or handlers you select.

You can manage permissions in your device settings. If you deny a permission, the related feature may not work.

Retention and deletion

Cloud-stored files and metadata remain available until you delete them through the app, delete your account, or the underlying records are otherwise removed. The app can delete document files from Firebase Storage, update or remove related Firestore records, and clear disposable local cache files on your device.

Omnix supports in-app account deletion. When you confirm account deletion and complete the required reauthentication step, Omnix permanently removes your authenticated account and the currently verified cloud-stored data scope tied to that account, including Firebase Storage files under your user namespace plus related Firestore document, folder, history, and FCM token records.

Some local copies, downloaded files, or cached previews may remain on your device until you remove them, clear app data, or your operating system clears temporary storage. For deletion questions, contact kazutokirigayakirito354@gmail.com.

Security and international processing

We rely on the security controls provided by Firebase, Google, Apple, and the operating systems we support. No claim is made here that Omnix uses end-to-end encryption or that any service is completely immune to risk.

Omnix may be used from different countries, and data processed by Firebase or other service providers may be handled in countries where those providers operate.

Omnix is not directed to children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact kazutokirigayakirito354@gmail.com.

Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy when Omnix changes its features, data practices, or legal requirements. The latest version will be published at the Omnix legal URLs linked from the app and reflected by the update date shown above.
